Every facility generates solid waste and how you handle your trash can save you thousands of dollars. Our powerful Compactors, Balers and PreCrushers will reduce the volume of waste generated, recycle valuable resources, and lower your cost of disposal.
1. Compactor


JML Services can help you specify the most efficient method of disposing your plant waste. Single and 2-Cylinder Compactors sized from 2 to 10 yards can handle any facilities disposal requirements. Often, these are placed in a loading dock for drive-on efficiency. Enclose the deck with a Dog House to reduce heat loss and increase safety and security. We can provide Collection Containers, for in-plant use, and equip the compactor with a Dumper to automatically empty the containers into the compactor.

Compactors will achieve reduction ratios of 2 to 5 times loose waste, reducing your hauling costs accordingly. For the greatest reduction, a Pre-Crusher Compactor will flatten a 55-gallon drum to about 5 inches, turn pallets into toothpicks, and generate an 8-to-1 reduction of your waste.

Corrugated and plastic waste can be separated from the waste stream and recycled using one of our Vertical or Horizontal Balers. Bale weights will be over 1,000 lbs enabling the bale to be sold to generate additional revenue.
